Remote Controlled Mobile Ramp
A mobile loading ramp was built using a remote control transmitter system in accordance with machine safety standards.

The customer requested the ability to operate the mobile loading ramp via the ramp's panel as well as through a remote control. The system should allow the operator to select either panel control or remote control. Additionally, the customer specified that the ramp should cease operation in compliance with safety standards if a communication error occurs with the remote control or if the emergency stop is activated from either the remote control or the panel.
Based on this, the control panel of the mobile ramp was specially manufactured so that it can be placed under the ramp. It was installed flush with the ramp. Below is a list of things that we consider when designing the system.
In order to comply with EN ISO 13849-1 standard, a safety relay and double contactor were used in the system.
PL: d level protection was achieved by controlling the control output and the emergency stop safety relay on the panel.
The user can use it only via the remote control or only via the panel.
In asynchronous geared motors, both mechanically interlocked contactors and electrically interlocked contactors were used to prevent them from operating in opposite directions at the same time.
